The program incorporates:

1.	Beginning of program

a.	Monitor and record your pre-program physiological fitness & running levels using Suunto real-time Heart Rate Monitoring Systems. (very kindly sponsored by Chintu from Khushi Exports)
i.	We’ll assess Elaborate physiological measurements of workout
1.	Heart rate, burned calories, training effect guide towards goal of each individual
ii.	Benefits of this

2.	Effectiveness of training
3.	Helps us know your current level of fitness
b.	Gait analysis
i.	Watch & video runners
ii.	Advice on appropriate shoes 
c.	Advice runners on getting appropriate other running gear
d.	Help with realistic goal setting
e.	Help transitioning to the next step
f.	Information about injury prevention
g.	A technical fabric training tee shirt

2.	During the program

a.	2 sessions per week of quality running sessions under supervision with the coaches
i.       1 session (weekday): Quality workout session
1.	Only 10-15 runners per group
2.	Teach speed, tempo and hills running among other techniques to make running more efficient 
3.	Biomechanical analysis to ensure good running form
4.	Running specific drills
ii.	1 session (Sunday): Long run one day per week - fully supported
1.	Easy slow long runs
2.	Biomechanical analysis to ensure good running form
b.	1 session per week of Core strength & stretching training
i.	With who: a trained Sports Medicine physiotherapist
ii.	Objective
1.	To improve your core strength and stretching so you perform better
2.	To prevent future injuries
c.	A written customized training schedule by each week in the program for the whole 2 months
i.	participants enter in a running log
d.	On-line monitoring of your running log
i.	All participants are expected to fill their running log
ii.	We monitor it everyday 
iii.	Give you feedback on a daily basis
e.	Access to online resources and forums monitored by experts

3.	End of the program

a.	Make you do an awesome Sunfeast 10 km run
b.	Monitor and record your post-program physiological fitness & running levels using Suunto real-time Heart Rate Monitoring Systems (very kindly sponsored by Chintu from Khushi Exports)

The program costs Rs. 2000 and runs over a period of 2 months.
