I’ve been shooting properties for Realtors for over twelve years now and I’ve come to love creating scenes that have that magazine quality look.
I shoot these photos with Canon and Nikon digital cameras with wide angle low light lenses that really capture the feel of each room and scene.
I’ve done many shoots for top builders and developers because I’m able to capture the luxury and lighted spaces they’re trying to sell on their websites and brochures.
The cost for shooting a property is just $ 75.00.* I meet with the Realtor at the property, shoot everything from several angles and at several exposures, then download them back at my office and upload them to DropBox and send you the link to them.
I can also give special pricing when Realtors team up and arrange for volume pricing with me. Sometimes I give very good prices when I’m contracted to do all the photos for an office. Please also see the Property Brochures page for samples of my brochure layouts.
