Heading east on Hwy 520, coming from Seattle
1. Merge onto WA-520 toward Bellevue/Kirkland. Go about 8 miles
2. Take the 148TH AVE NE SOUTH exit. Go 0.2 miles
3. Turn RIGHT onto 148TH AVE NE. Go less than 0.1 miles
4. Turn LEFT onto NE 24TH ST. Go 0.2 miles
5. Turn LEFT onto 152ND AVE and take first RIGHT into shopping area.
6. The Designed Clinical Nutrition Center is directly across the street from Office Depot. We are located above the Teapot Restaurant, the only office on the second floor. Please take the stairs.

1. Merge onto WA-520 W toward SEATTLE. Go about 2.4 miles (from Redmond)
2. Take the 148TH AVE NE exit. Go 0.2 miles
3. Turn LEFT onto 148TH AVE NE. Go 0.3 miles
4. Turn LEFT onto NE 24TH ST. Go 0.2 miles
5. Turn LEFT onto 152ND AVE and take first RIGHT into shopping area.
