On the Dirty Hands Caravan, Pat made some really great friends! 2 of those new friends are filmmakers Oscar Gubernati and Alison Thompson. Oscar and Alison made a documentary called The Third Wave www.thethirdwavemovie.com about how a small group of volunteers made a huge difference in Sri Lanka

Driving for Donors 2008 begins!

Well, it is official... Driving For Donors 2008 has begun! The United States portion of our 2008 drive started in Birmingham Alabama at a Crawfish Boil music festival. We were invited to the event by the Love Hope Strength Foundation that raises money to support people with Cancer www.

Pat’s 13th Birthday

Pat turned 13 today in Houston Texas with the Dirty Hands Caravan crew! The group surprised him with a birthday baseball game, donations for his Driving For Donors 2008 tour, birthday cards, a MLB signed ball by the Rookie of the Year and a birthday cake!

Here we are in Indio California right after the huge Coachella Music Festival! Pat was invited along on Sean Penn’s Dirty Hands Caravan which is a cross country social action tour! 120 volunteers will board bio diesel buses and travel from California to New Orleans stopping to do volunteer

Pat had a great time today filming a scene for the upcoming movie “Uploading to Angels”. Director Fred Smith talks to the kids about scene and I hate to tell anything about the movie but I will tell you that Pat gets his first “on screen” kiss!! You will have to keep looking for its release!
