Pat won!
Pat won as the CNN HEROES Viewers Choice winner! He was honored at the live global event with a surprise visit from his godmother, Sarah Ferguson The Duchess of York! What a special night it was for Pat and the whole family. He accepted his award with a moving and eloquent speech that made us all so proud of him.
The past year has been filled with so much stress from his illness but also hope, inspiration, dedication and a determination that he will change the world by his hard work.
Thank you to everyone throughout the world who voted for Pat and encouraged others to vote as well! He motivated us all to try harder to help someone else in need and we are so proud of him. He couldn’t have done it without you!! Thank you for supporting Pat and Driving For Donors!
