Driving For Donors 2008 begins!
Well, it is official... Driving For Donors 2008 has begun! The United States portion of our 2008 drive started in Birmingham Alabama at a Crawfish Boil music festival. We were invited to the event by the Love Hope Strength Foundation that raises money to support people with Cancer www.lovehopestrength.org
Music Festivals and marrow drives seem to be a great mix and we registered 233 new donors at the event! 25 cities and 7660 donors to go to reach our goal of 8000 new donors this year!
The RV is heading to New Orleans now to meet up with all our Dirty Hands Caravan www.thedirtyhandscaravan.com friends who are doing renovation work before heading home.
