Next Sunday October 19th I am participating in a great event! It is the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk in Santa Clarita California. Light the Night is a great family fundraising event where people come together to raise money to help support the LLS. People will hold different color lights for survivors, family or to honor a loved one. I am going to speak before the walk and try to encourage people to join the marrow registry. Here in the LA area there is a young boy searching for a matching donor right now so it is really important for people to get involved!
