1981 Puma GTC

There are a few odd things about this Puma. The build date, according to what is on the motor, is 9-09-80. When I removed the driver’s side door panel, I found that there were a number of signatures on it, which I would guess are some, or all of the people who built my car. Also, the car has a different glovebox door that caries no latch. I have not seen any other cars without the chrome latch. The glovebox door is spring loaded, and uses a “C” shaped piece to keep the door down when it is open over center. The “C” piece is obviously handmade upon close inspection. I installed the Puma script on the glovebox door, which I ordered from the good folks at Purring Pumas. Click on any photo to enlarge.
