Speaker, Expert, Guest...
Amilya has the ability to touch many audiences – the professional arena, entrepreneurs, the self-employed and business people as well as what she calls her “mommy track”. She has learned, and often reminds her audience, that many of her skills – from mommy to career professional -- cross- over, and learning the skills to implement all your gifts and knowledge is the key to success as well as a happy and fulfilling life.
Amilya has received numerous entrepreneurial awards and been lauded by her peers. Her story of Amilya’s SOAPWORKS has appeared in books, newspapers magazines such as Chicken Soup for The Entrepreneurial Soul, The National Enquirer, People, Working Mother, First for Women, Smart Money and Time. She has been on Oprah, The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, CBS This Morning, ET and countless international radio and television talk shows. It was these appearances and her first book, Why David Hated Tuesdays that has continued to make her a much sought after guest and public speaker and provided her the opportunity to address audiences along side the greatest speakers of our generation, including Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Oliver North and Hillary Clinton.
Founding Amilya's SOAPWORKS gave Amilya a platform to do what she loves: speaking, writing and consulting those who have a passion about their products and mission as she does for hers. But as busy as she is, Amilya never forgets her first job, as a mom which is to her now 13 year old son David and newborn daughter. Her children remains and will always be her purpose in life.
