I spent some needed time on a new self portrait for some  business cards and flyers, and to use it on the website.

I will use it on replies for emails as well.

 

I will spend more time on this maybe in the future,  but Ok for now.  I sketch, drew and painted the whole thing in PhotoShop which I do

An order given to combine four photos into one, Photo Shop. These guys are both Doctor’s and our a father and son.   An order I got and fun to do!

My Daughter Karena, works for an insurance company.  Which she asked me to come up with a drawing for her co-workers.  Well she about fell over backwards  as she saw this saying she fears they are very much on the conservative side, a family company.  So she bravely showed it to them and I guess

Was giving a project to draw up some caricatures for a doctor for his talk on drug therapy, and adding some of his doctor friends, giving everyone a laugh, and breaking up a long talk to boot.

 

Each drawing had a purpose throughout the talk, or not!

Well I had to post this video which I now keep on my iPhone.  My grandson has captured my heart once again with this video.  A short 30 sec. of Cougar at nine months.

 

 

At five months my grandson Cougar Ryan Newsome knows he has us all wrapped around his little finger.  Now that he is getting in some more hair he thinks he is just the cutest baby in town.   Grandpa will have his hands full!

I just bought a book and it is from Christopher Hart who is one of the greatest artist.  I am choosing to use this blog to show my progress in my study of his book.  This book is the study of comic of Super Heros but drawing in a simple line way.  This is something I can use in my caricatures.  So
