Welcome to the Mothers of a Nation project website. This project is both a film and traveling photography exhibition. We hope that you enjoy learning about the amazing and inspiring women of Jinga, Uganda as well as everyone who made this possible.
We are proud partners with two outstanding non-profits, Development in Gardening and The Ugandan American Partnership Organization. We will be working with them to ensure that the film is used to inspire and teach other groups of women in children in Africa about the benefits of home gardening, sustainable farming practices and nutrition.
Our intent with this project is to use the power of creativity to inspire, educate and inform more people in Africa, the US and abroad, about the importance of home gardens and sustainable agriculture, the role of nutrition to combat disease, and the power that all women have to transform their destiny.
