All first-time guests are offered a free Bible and
a free copy of either Christ Our Mediator or The
Passion of Jesus Christ. Just stop by the Resource
Table before or after the worship service.

Welcomes Tone Benedict
Harvest Bible Chapel of Jacksonville is excited
to announce the addition of Tone Benedict to
our staff as Associate Pastor. Originally from
Chicago, Illinois, Pastor Tone has been married
to Missy for 8 years and they have five children,
with one more on the way! Pastor Tone will
oversee the Family Ministries (birth through high
school) as well as Outreach and Assimilation.

What is Harvest Bible Chapel?
In a phrase, Harvest is “contemporary without compromise.” Harvest is an evangelical, Bible-based church with a contemporary style of worship and a straight-forward approach to Biblical teaching. Perhaps you are familiar with the preaching of Dr. James MacDonald through the
radio ministry “Walk in the Word.” James serves as pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. All Harvest Bible Chapels have these four core values in common,
known as the Four Pillars:
- Proclaiming the Authority of God’s Word without Apology (2 Tim. 4.2; Heb. 4.12)
- Lifting High the Name of Jesus in Worship (Mk. 12.30; Jn. 4.23-24; Jn. 12.32)
- Believing Firmly in the Power of Prayer (Jer. 33.3; Eph. 6.18; Js. 5.16)
- Sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with Boldness (Rom. 1.16; Eph. 6.19-20)
In the year 2000, the elders of Harvest Bible Chapel of Rolling Meadows sensed God leading Harvest to start new Harvest Bible Chapels. Currently, there are 28 Harvest Bible Chapels in the United States, Canada, and Romania.
Harvest Bible Chapels will be opening in 12 new locations in 2008:
