Learn the tools for release, renewal and revitalization. Floor based deep stretching, slow gentle movements and breathwork combine to facilitate surrender and compassion while going deep into the connective tissue to facilitate increased flexibility and ease of movement. Practice the art of surrender and peace. This is a functional yoga practice designed to meet you where you are in your practice. Learn to feel, breathe and be.

  Mojo Yoga (Level 2/3) with Doug         (View Doug’s Schedule)
Get your yoga mojo here! This class is an eclectic melange of yoga styles, traditions and rhythms. This class is a mix of flow and pose exploration. We seek to encourage a playful energy that facilitates courage, commitment and love of the practice.  We explore yoga as a life tool. Students  learn to practice functional yoga versus aesthetic yoga. We practice muscular efficiency as we explore the divine connection between movement and breath. We also work on developing body intelligence thereby creating movement patterns that are more authentic and less prone to injury. Students are encouraged to practice at their own personal edge making the class mild to wild depending upon where you during the practice. All Levels are accommodated in this class but some experience with yoga will make the class a more comfortable to the student.

        Gentle Flow Yoga (Level 1/2) with Jill  
Come experience the therapeutic and uplifting practice of Gentle Flow Yoga with Jill. Learn to practice the art of linking movements and poses together to create a “vinyasa”. Breath, visualization and intent come together to create a beautiful class. Teacher utilizes a wide range of musical genres. Not for absolute beginners. Jill recommends experiencing 5 - 10 yoga classes before Gentle Flow.

      Hatha Yoga Beginnings (Level 1) with Doug and Ang

Explore the basics of Hatha Yoga...breath, form and movement. Practice the basic principles of muscular efficiency, safety in poses and the integration of breath. Practice foundation flows and learn how yoga can be a tool to make your life more balanced, happy and healthy. Doug and Ang alternate teaching this class.

       Yin Yang Yoga (All Levels)  with Angela Jensen  
First, experience the sweet surrender of long held seated poses, which safely and effectively stress the connective tissues of the body, improving joint health and increasing internal awareness.  Then, journey through intuitive and inspired vinyasa flow sequences, celebrating life while exploring the connection between movement and breath.  Combining both disciplines to balance the body and mind, allowing life energy to move more freely by releasing stagnation and stress. Yoga bliss!

Be guided in your yoga journey by a teacher who provides a safe and fun environment to practice the art and science of yoga. Be prepared to breathe, laugh, build strength and expand your yoga skills. This class is an exploration into the practice of Hatha yoga that lifts you up, gives you clarity and makes you feel good al over.

       Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Level 2/3) with Marc and Gina!!!  (donation class)

Two great teachers....one great class. Marc and Gina alternate weeks teaching this challenging but FUN Vinyasa Flow class. The most rigorous class with numerous sun salutations . Flow, flexibility, suppleness, strength, courage and stamina are are all facilitated in this active practice firmly rooted in breath. Explore your personal edges in this class that will make your body sweat and your mind calm. Come with an intention to be inspired and a towel to soak up the sweat!  Not for absolute beginners.

Strong, safe foundations in Hatha Yoga are provided in this nurturing class for those beginning or returning to the practice. Learn the basics of breath, safe alignment, structure and flow. This is an ongoing class welcoming new students each week with open arms. Prepare to laugh and have fun learning yoga.

What do I bring?

We provide high quality mats, blocks, straps and any other tools of the practice you might need. You are also welcome to bring your own.


What if I am new?

Regardless of the class you choose, please let your teacher know if you are new, newer, or returning to yoga. Also, let the teacher know if you have any injuries.


How do I choose a class?

Pick a day or time that works well for you. If the class wasn’t exactly what you were looking for..try a different class. Each teacher provides a unique approach to yoga that melds their training with their own experiences. You may resonate with one teacher for a while and then change over time.  We encourage all our students to explore different classes and teachers.

Levels:


Level 1:

Designed to give everyone time and support to learn basic postures, alignment, and breathing techniques.


Perfect for brand-new students or for more practiced students who want to revisit the basics.


No flexibility or experience required!


Level 1/2

For advanced beginners and intermediate students, this more challenging practice will introduce you to deeper poses while still emphasizing the basics.


This can be a more athletic and Fitness oriented class.


Level 2/3

Come play with us!


A challenging and fun class to take your practice to a deeper level.


Classes may include inversions, intermediate/advanced backbends, and more advanced breathing techniques.


Not appropriate for beginners.


We recommend at least 10 yoga classes before attending a Level 2/3 class.


Can be a more athletic and fitness oriented class.


All Levels

Open to all levels.


Teacher will offer appropriate modification for each level in attendance.


A little something for everyone can be found in this class!
