We provide high quality mats, blocks, straps and any other tools of the practice you might need. You are also welcome to bring your own.
What if I am new?
Regardless of the class you choose, please let your teacher know if you are new, newer, or returning to yoga. Also, let the teacher know if you have any injuries.
How do I choose a class?
Pick a day or time that works well for you. If the class wasn’t exactly what you were looking for..try a different class.
