Each year the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Plattsburgh rents the beautiful Twin Valleys nature center.  This year it’s July 29 - Aug 2, 2009.  We utilize the amazing natural surroundings, the rustic cabins, the kitchen facilities (with walk-in cooler), and the easy access from Plattsburgh to create a space and time to build our community and blend our lives. 

Volunteers organize events and activities (sewing, beading, crafts, talent-show, hikes, kites, boating, field games, singing, camp-fire stories, yoga, meditation, amateur astronomy - the list goes on and on).  Each guest is asked to participate in the running of the retreat by helping with preparation and clean-up of communal meals and/or by leading the group in an activity.

All families, singles, young people, older people, tired people are welcome.  Come make a memory that will last a lifetime and share it with us.
