• Phase 1 & 2 roads have all been paved
• Clubhouse and covered picnic pavilion are built and ready for use.
• Electric is completed for Phase 1, and the Electric Company is preparing to install electric in Phase 2
• Main entrance stonework & gates will start in October. Back entrances are already under construction.
