All the infrastructure at Rivers Reach community is scheduled to be completed by early 2008. • Roads are all rocked and ready for pavement except for Phase IV. The first layer (binder) of pavement is anticipated for early November '07, on phases I, II, IIIA, & IIIB. • Boat docks will be completed by January of '08. Dock systems 2 & 3 are installed, and dock system 1 is being installed now. • Club House bid packages are anticipated to be sent out to contractors by October 15, 2007 with a start date of possibly early winter '07 or early Spring of '08. • Water system is in place. Power is anticipated for installation in late October early November of '07. • Entrance is 90% complete. Waiting on signage, electric gates and accel/decel lanes.
