All roads are paved and underground utilities are completed in Phase I at Bear River Lodge.
Clubhouse along with Fire Pit have been completed, and 8 Burner Outdoor Grill has been purchased
for owners. Mailboxes have been constructed and ready for use.
Electric work for Front Gate scheduled to start by June 20. Additional gate construction to follow.
Volleyball Court and Horseshoe Pit scheduled to start by July 1. Gazebo scheduled for late summer.
River Walking Trail is almost finished. Additional Spur Trails will be constructed at a later date.
 
Phase II is well underway with 12 Homesites already available for sale. Underground electric in Phase II is scheduled to start by the beginning of August.
