My body hit Vegas and my mind followed a day later.  Wow!  I think I’m getting a little old for such radical changes in such a short period of time.  Once in Vegas, the carnival began.  This year we had more than 80 attendees in 4 classrooms.  We’ve grown so quickly, I think it’s time to evaluate the number of classes, number of days, length of classes.  Perhaps 4 days with 2 classes per day - might make it less hectic!

We did have problems with the good old IP.  Since Harrah’s bought them, things have changed.  They’ll be tearing her down one of these years so they didn’t seem to care much about the old girl.  Too bad, the IP was the last of the great little funky casinos on the strip.  Time to move to Fremont Street?  We shall see. 

Regardless, I think a good time was had by all - I know I sure enjoyed this year.  Next year no event in Las Vegas, we’ve got the cruise, Clay Carnival Nottingham and maybe a surprise in store, too.
