The Dog River Lodge Lure Company does and we want you to relive those days all over again. Whether your just heading out for a few hours or your planning that big get away up North or down South. We want you to take a step back in time and we believe that our product can help you do just that. There’s no fancy gimmicks or ploys here. Just our back to basics Musky and Pike lures that will get the job done.

Our Products
Our bucktails are of the best quality,hand tied and scrutinized for the finest of workmanship.
Our colour patterns are tried and true patterns used by fisherman over the years with much success.
Our much sought after fluted blades are manufactured from high quality solid brass for corrosion resistance and are .018 in thickness. They are available in Nickel, Gold or Black Nickel plating.
We use 5/0 Mustad Trebles on all our bucktails, designed for big pike and musky.
Our lure bodies are of solid brass construction.
Our wire shafts are from the highest quality torsion straightened stainless steel available. They are .062 in diameter to resist bending from the largest of fish and run true every time.

If you are not satisfied with any of our bucktails because of defect in quality or workmanship, contact us below. We will make arrangements for you to return the item to us. Repairs will be made or a new one will be sent to you.

First, we are proud to announce the introduction of a new product line for 2009, “The Ultra Mag”. This bait is also 13” in length but built with Tandem #10 Colorado Blades , Ripple Pattern.
The Ultra Mag is available in the same colour patterns as our other products.
Our Lil’ Hound, will now be built with #9 Tandem Indiana fluted blades and reduced to 8” in length.
The Jailbird colour pattern is now available in the St Clair Hound and Lil’ Hound product lines.
We now offer painted blades on all our products.
