Dan is a Survivor! 

 

On October 28, 2004 our lives changed forever.

 

Following the experience of a massive, life-threatening basil artery Stroke, recovery began. After going home three months later in a wheelchair, I was starting to walk and talk better, eight months later. From outpatient therapy to aggressive home therapy and going to the YMCA, I have continued to progress. The doctors and therapists have been quite pleased. And emails and calls from friends and family have been super.

 

Now it is time to enter the next phase of recovery with a device for my leg and more time at the YMCA.

I continue to try and make headway with my company, NUXX MEDIA, but jobs seem to come in spurts. So if you, or someone you know, can send business my way, I would be happy to EARN the income. Our family was fortunate to be blessed by my former employer early on, and a few other folks along the way, and most recently we have had to dip into our beneficial investments. But those funds are tapped out. While trying to make ends meet, it seems incomprehensible how we can afford this device. The Bioness leg device would wipe out our investments and your help with work would help us see through the near future.
