Ways to Help.
Lend a Hand to the Less-fortunate
Your level of commitment as a volunteer is up to you. This could be from a few days to a couple of weeks or several months. Our volunteers are kind partners who come for a day, a weekend, a week or more. They come by themselves, with a friend, with a group, or with their family. They are from many nationalities and backgrounds, offering themselves as servants to those in need. Volunteers are an integral part of A Queen for a Day. They frequently assist with special projects, offer specialized skills or simply help the organization with the daily business of A Queen for a Day. We always need Hairdressers, Nail Artists, Fashion Consultants, Caterers, Food Assistance and Workers Volunteers Galore as well as Financial Support.
However you are able to help, please do.
Bring a Volunteer Missions Work Team
(Work Group or Youth Group)
Work Teams offer invaluable assistance to businesses, churches, schools, colleges, universities and companies from near and far. Being a part of a team is a very important way to serve. Volunteer teams are welcome to come for as long as they like, depending on the availability. Overnight accommodations are available to volunteers, with prior arrangements. Areas of Service are included in the Volunteer Form (below). Please make sure to let us know of any special skills, training, or limitations (no lifting, etc.) that you or any of your team members might have, so it will help determine where your team will best serve
