Solorado provides business and investment analysis for renewable energy industries. We assist investors with due diligence. We work with companies to produce business plans and project specifications that will attract capital. Technologies of interest include solar photovoltaics, solar thermal, energy efficiency and biomass.
We believe that the issues surrounding energy production are the most critical problems facing the world today. We believe in the power of capitalism guided by compassion to solve these problems. We believe that it is our responsibility to support those political action groups working on our behalf toward a better world.

Solorado General Manager Darrell Laham, Ph.D., co-founded Knowledge Analysis Technologies while a graduate student at CU Boulder’s Institute of Cognitive Science. In 2004 the company was honored as CU’s Technology Transfer Company of the Year and was also acquired by Pearson Education, the world’s largest education company. As a CU scientist and entrepreneur, Darrell has first-hand experience with the entire technology transfer process—R&D, patents, licensing and commercialization. Darrell has directed R&D and commercial projects for clients including the National Science Foundation, Sandia NL, and the Air Force Research Laboratory.
