On the site you will find information with regards to our Mixed Martial Arts (Vale Tudo) club and the classes that we run at our full time Headhunters Martial Arts Academy. Headhunters MMA was formed in 2004 and is a collective group of like minded Martial Artists from various backgrounds including Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai and many other influences. This collective group of martial artists was all brought together due to the love of fighting tournaments such as the UFC and PRIDE mixed martial arts competitions. The name “Headhunters” was thought of one day as we all slammed heads on our online forum (www.headhunters.dailyforum.net) and tried to come up with a name. Eventually we settled on the name “Headhunters” and in todays world of mixed martial arts it was quite a fitting name.
