I wanted to let you know of my experiences with the PDP System. Since attending the PDP training session in September, I've had the opportunity to use the PDP’s ProScan Survey on almost a daily basis. With my previous employer. I used another talent assessment program, Talent Plus, and while I had been fairly happy with their results, I found the process to be cumbersome. It required scheduling a "interviewer" to contact the candidate and conduct a phone interview that took approximately an hour to complete. The turnaround on the results took a week or more which slowed down the hiring process
considerably.
The PDP Program is not only amazingly accurate but also quick and easy to use. Since the survey can be taken in private and completed within a few minutes, it eliminates a lot of the intimidation factor for the candidate. And once I share the results with them, they are always truly astonished at how insightful the reports are based upon the simplicity of the survey. They actually find the process enjoyable Of course, the greatest benefit for us is how it improves the ongoing communication and understanding with our associates.
