I wanted to let you know of my experiences with the PDP System. Since attending the PDP training session in September, I've had the opportunity to use the PDP Pro Scan Survey on almost a daily basis. With my previous employer. I used another talent assessment program, Talent Plus, and while I had been fairly happy with their results, I found the process to be cumbersome. It required scheduling a "interviewer" to contact the

candidate and conduct a phone interview that took approximately an hour to complete. The turnaround on the results took a week or more which slowed down the hiring process

considerably.
