ORGANIZING
Individuals, groups and organizations will perform various tasks as partners in this project.
They may include:
-
•Participating as an active member of the outreach team in a city to plan and implement an effective strategy for involving people in the planning process
-
•Disseminating information about how citizens can participate to all members and key contacts in the designated cities
-
•Helping to organize small group briefings for groups on the planning process
-
•Recruiting and registering participants for Community Congress II on December 2nd
Outreach Organizers are vital to the success of Community Congress II. To ensure we are on track toward our goal of large diverse participation, reporting our progress in a timely and organized manner is extremely important.
