Greg Lukosky is a Partner of PENINSULA RETAIL PARTNERS (PRP). PRP specializes in the development of shopping centers throughout California and Nevada. PRP constructed, managed and sold projects ranging in size from as small as a single fast food restaurant up to 250,000 square foot regional power centers. Mr. Lukosky is directly responsible for the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of all projects, including all phases of buyer/seller negotiation, tenant leasing, tenant improvement design and construction coordination, and ultimate sales.
Prior to PRP, Mr. Lukosky was a Partner with SilverCreek Properties (2003 - 2005), developing properties in California, Nevada, and Arizona. The projects included over 15 shopping centers in excess of 500,000 square feet. Prior to SilverCreek Properties, from 2000 to 2003, Mr. Lukosky was Real Estate Manager for Ralphs Grocery Company specializing in acquisition, entitlement, planning, and lease negotiations in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties. Greg was also Director of Real Estate for Office Depot, Real Estate Manager for Marie Callender’s Restaurants, and started his career working as a retail property specialist for the Grubb & Ellis Company in Newport Beach and Riverside.
Mr. Lukosky has been a part of the development or leasing of over 3.5 million square feet of properties during his career, working with such recognized tenants as Wal Mart, Costco, Home Depot, Kmart, Mervyns, Ralphs, Vons, Albertsons, Food 4 Less, Marshalls, JoAnnes Fabric, Office Depot, Walgreens, Sav-On Drugs, Rite Aid Drugs, Ballys Total Fitness and many, many more. His expertise includes an extensive backround in Corporate Real Estate, Development, and Commercial Brokerage.
Mr. Lukosky attended the University of California at Berkeley graduating in 1987 and is an active member of ICSC, ACRE, and other real estate industry groups in Southern California.
