Mdumbi Bay is “the best beach is Southern Africa”:  The Fresh Water Estuary at Mdumbi Bay

 

In 2008, XC Development Company in partnership with Sunpoints Development and the local community formulated a plan to promote sustainable development at Mdumbi Bay on the Wild Coast.  The goal was to balance the needs of the local community (job creation, skills training and education) with the pristine and unspoiled beauty of the Wild Coast.
