OK, I just posted another new video to my “Fibromyalgia Coffee Break” series.

I had an amazing weekend and just wanted to share.  I just had fun doing ordinary things.  I guess that means I must be feeling healthy again, because ordinary, everyday, simple things seem fun again.

So, I made a video sharing my fun weekend.

And, I wanted to share a funny comment somebody left on another one of my videos.  OK, my favorite of all those I have made on YouTube is my “Wiggle Your Butt with Diana” video.  (I used to call the video “Fibromyalgia and Exercise,” but it was such a dry title that it hardly got any hits.  Now that I gave it a much more interesting title, its gotten thousands of hits.)  Anyway, I spent weeks working on that video, just making it funny, and fun, and well, hopefully, inspirational, because I think exercise is very important to feeling better with fibromyalgia.

So, this one person leaves a comment after watching this video: “I don’t believe you have fibromyalgia.  Because nobody with fibromyalgia could do the things that you do.”

I thought that was an awesome comment.  I wrote back: “Thank you.  That’s the nicest thing anybody has said to me all day.  I hope you feel better soon.”  (or something to that effect.)  And, I do hope whoever wrote that will give exercise a try, because exercise, diet, and the guai protocol have been the keys for my feeling better.
