Still Ranting
Still Ranting
The past 10 months my life has been full of change, and it’s clear that in the months ahead the changes are only going to come faster and larger. With that in mind, I thought it was a good time to make a few modifications to this blog as well.
For starters, there’s this Welcome page. Starting now, there will be more frequent updates here to give a bit of a heads up of what else is going on around the site. You can see previous Welcome pages by following the links on the side of this page.
There’s a new section called Connections, where I’ll be posting links to other sites. Rather than just a list, I’ll be saying a few words about the people that are posting and why you should be looking at these sites too.
In case you’re new to the site, and curious, a quick note About Me is now available for your reference and should periodically be refreshed as well.
In June, I spent two weeks in Japan with my wife and her family. I took a lot of time, and a lot of photos, working on shooting some new styles and have been quite happy with the results. I’ve already begun posting some photos from the trip, and you can expect to see a lot more in the coming days and weeks ahead.
These days Natsuki and I are putting a lot of energy into finding a new place to live. A time consuming process. Of course, once we find a place, we have to pack up and move. So forgive me if there’s longer gaps between posts these days. I’ll do my best to get at least a couple of entries up each week.
The biggest change of all is the one that’s still a few months off. It’s a little project we’ve code named Mango. For the moment it’s not taking too much time, but it has become the top priority in our lives. You can read more about Mango at her own little site, here.
