Music Lessons are designed as a one-on-one approach to teach the student the fundamentals necessary to communicate on their instrument.

Attention to posture, breathing and embouchure are of the upmost importance.  After the student gains competence in these areas we will begin to explore the musical and technical aspects of learning the “language” to enable proper communication on the instrument. 


Students will be required to practice outside of lessons on a very consistent basis.  This will insure the ideas approached in the lesson will become natural for the student outside of the lessons. 


DRF currently teaches students ages 5-55. There is no age limit on learning the art of communicating through music!!
