The house is available for rent fully furnished, including good kitchen equipment, utilities , wireless internet and a gardener. We can arrange for cooking and cleaning staff. This is a very spacious couple house.
Rates.
*Jan, Feb, *Mar, *Apr, July, Aug, Nov, *Dec. .... $400 per wk / $900 per month.
May ,June , Sept, Oct. ........ $300 per wk / $700 per month
*Weekly rentals only from Dec 15 to Jan 15, and for the 2 weeks around Easter, $600 pr wk.
Longer stays are negotiable.
