The art of self defense that is known as Kung-Fu started in China centuries ago. As a traditional martial art, Chinese Kung-Fu was developed to efficiently use the components of the human body (hands and feet) or traditional Chinese weapons (spear, sword and knife) as extensions of the hands for self defense. To practice Kung-Fu is to learn a high form of exercise which will greatly benefit the student both physically and mentally. Perseverance and discipline are essential to achieve success in learning Chinese Kung-Fu.
