Israel Trips
Israel Trips
We take a trip to Israel almost every year. It is a wonderful way to understand your Bible even better and also to grow in your faith in Christ.
Unfortunately, the next two trips are full, but you can put your name on a waiting list and be contacted when the next trips are scheduled.
Just email Erin Stringer at eccerin@mac.com and let her know of your interest. When the 2010 trip dates are set, you will be the first to know. (Also, you can be contacted if any spots open in the next two years.)
Trips are usually 10 to 12 days in length and usually we fly from Indianapolis to Atlanta and then directly to Tel Aviv. This means that we spend the entire tour in Israel.
We try to alternate the time of the year that we travel -- spring, summer, fall -- to accommodate various schedules. Summer trips are usually as much as $200 more expensive because of being high season (Jewish people travel to Israel in the summer).
The cost of the trip includes your flight, lodging, meals (except for lunches), entry fees, guide, ground transportation, headset rental and insurance.
We try to keep group size under 45 so that everyone can see and hear (and also to keep the group moving along).
Places You See Include the Following:
•Caesarea Maritima
•Mt. Carmel
•Megiddo and Valley of Armageddon
•Nazareth
•Capernaum
•Bethsaida
•Kursi
•Mt. of Beatitiudes
•The Golan Heights
•The Tel of Dan
•Caesarea Philippi
•Beth Shan

I have been asked . . .
“What is your fascination with Israel and the Jews?”
My answer has always been simply “My Savior.”
Jesus was a Jew and lived in Israel. Because of that, I want to learn as much about His people and His land as possible.
I also believe that the more I learn about the people and the land, the better I can teach His Word.
My First Trip . . .
To Israel, was for a class I took in 1976. I had no interest in going to Israel at that time, but the experience changed me.
Since Then . . .
I have brought many groups to Israel and I don’t tire of it because I delight in watching people learn.
There are few joys in life greater for me than watching someone’s eye’s light up when they learn something new -- and that joy happens daily and almost hourly while teaching in Israel. It is great fun for me!
