Practice will start Monday, August 22. We will meet Monday through Saturday 9:00 on the track under the flag pole.
If you are interested in running Cross Country please send me an e-mail so I can keep in touch with you. kielyd@hastings.k12.ny.us or hand in your paper work and meet us at practice.
Lauren Wilt and Sam Bogan are going to be our captains and I look forward to working with them.
