Shipping Policy

(As of 6/12/09 - reflecting the USPS shipping increase) 


Orders in the USA, we ship by weight and mail all of our orders USPS. That way you get a better rate. If it turns out that we can ship your items for less than what you were charged at the time of checkout, we will notify you and send the extra money back to you as a refund. 


USA: (including Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO):

S&H for the first stamp set is $4.25. Add .35¢ for each additional stamp set. Handling for other items will vary.


•  Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?   YES, if your order is from the USA (includes all 50 states and APO/FPO Addresses) and is over $95.00 before shipping and tax (tax applies to California residence only)... than your order will qualify for FREE shipping!!! :D  Your account will be sent a refund for the shipping collected at the time of check out, when your order ships. An email confirmation of shipment and refund will be sent.


•  Will you ship to a different address?   YES, if you are trying to ship to a different address and running into difficulties... just email us! We’ll make sure your needs are taken care of...even if your order is shipping to an International address. :D Orders ship to ONE address only.


•  Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?   YES, we sure DO!


•  Do you ship to International Addresses?*   YES. But, we are sorry to say that we can no longer shipping your items by weight using U.S. First Class International Mail rates. If we can’t track your order, we don’t feel comfortable with that shipping option. All International orders are now being shipped by International Priority Flat Rate. 


Canada: S&H for the first stamp set is $11.90 (US) and then add .35¢ (US) for each additional stamp set. Handling for other items will vary.


All Other Countries: S&H for the first stamp set is $13.80 (US) and then add .35¢ (US) for each additional stamp set. Handling for other items will vary.


About 6 to 8 large stamp sets (more if some are small sets) will fit comfortably in a Flat Rate envelope.


•  Do you offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?*   YES, Well sort of... more like a shipping refund! :D


Right now, we are offering a $10.00 (US) Shipping Refund for all International orders (including Canada) that are $125.00 (US) and over before shipping and a $20.00 (US) Shipping Refund for all International orders (again, including Canada) that are $225.00 (US) and over before shipping. It may not be exactly FREE... but, it is our intent to offer some savings to our International Customers.

So, if you want to share an order with a friend or two... you will save on the shipping & handling. :D


Please Note for International S&H refund:

•  Orders over $125.00 (US) where the S&H total is under $10.00 (US), only the S&H total (paid at checkout) will be refunded, resulting in FREE SHIPPING only.

•  Orders over $225.00 (US) where the S&H total is under $20.00 (US), only the S&H total (paid at checkout) will be refunded, resulting in FREE SHIPPING only.


If you want to make sure what the shipping will be ... just send us an email with the items you are interested in and we’ll email you back with a shipping quote.


[If you don’t hear back from us with a shipping quote within 24 hours... that usually means our email replay back to you is being bounced back ... so, please try again. :D]


*Please note International Orders with a PO Box Address:

If you are using a PO Box address, please supply a phone number by email (sorry, the store isn’t set up for you to enter the number your self... this is a shopping cart and PayPal issue). Your phone number is to be used for customs purposes only which will allow us to get your order shipped to you sooner.   Thank you.
