Located on the west side of the Island, the cottage is uniquely situated to take advantage of spectacular sunsets. The ample lot extends right down to the water, providing a private dock. An outdoor fire pit is located just steps away. Lawn chairs and a deck round out the amenities.

The Island is a special place, offering as much privacy or as much activity as you might wish. Beaches,  restaurants, and even a golf course are nearby. Bring your bike!
