David Michael Celia spent most of his time growing up in Hanover, NH. He got his first drum set at age 8 and later quickly picked up the guitar, piano, and various other instruments. In High School David found a deep interest in composition and has graduated from the Berklee College of Music with a major in Film Scoring, where he has worked on several student films, was president of “The Society of Composers Club,” and received the “Robert Share Award” for his outstanding achievements in the Film Scoring Department.

David’s score for “Beyond the Window” won a silver medal of excellence at the “2008 Park City Film Music Festival.” David has also had numerous compositions performed by a wide range of musicians including The Esterhazy String Quartet, The Triple Helix Piano Trio, and of course his fellow peers around Boston. David currently resides in Los Angeles, CA and loves the west coast. His love for music and art grows daily as he is constantly evolving his own unique sound.
