On Saturday, October 10th, Camp Edge in Alloway, NJ, hosted its 2nd Annual 8k Muddy Bottom and 5k Squeaky Clean Runs. The events brought in 200 runners from the tri-state area. The mud pits and clay bogs along with quagmires and lake crossings were the highlighted obstacles that drew the attention to this most unusual event in South Jersey.
The registration money will be used to fund a staff for next year's summer Camp, where inner city youth can come to Camp for free.
