All fees paid for any service or project are non-refundable. In case you need to cancel attendance at a workshop I may choose in my sole discretion to refund your fees if you can find a replacement attendee and your substitute pays the fees. If I cancel the workshop you will receive a full refund of tuition only (other expenses excluded) within 30-60 days.


Workshops, other events, projects, consultations, or services may be canceled without prior notice, and in my sole discretion. I will not assume any liability of any kind for any cancellation, regardless of cause.


Limitation of Liability, printmaking, consulting services, seminars and workshops:


I assume no liability for any damages or loss you may incur, including but not limited to any act, error, omission, injury, loss, delay, accident, or damage to persons or property during, before, or after any project, photo shoot, through access of or use of this web site, or any other project or consultation. I do not accept responsibility or liability for losses or additional expenses due to any cause.


I reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to change arrangements, or to cancel the workshop in part or in whole. I reserve the right, in my sole discretion, to refuse service to anyone at any time, to dismiss a participant, customer, or service recipient, or to terminate any project or service at any time, in my sole discretion.


You are solely responsible, without limitation, for any expenses associated with your participation in a workshop. This condition also applies to any photography project, consultation, or any other service provided by David Saffir, or David Saffir Photography.


You agree and certify that you are physically fit and fully capable, without limitation, of participating in indoor or outdoor photography activities. You agree and certify that you are  aware of any associated risks created by travel, studio photography, meetings or conferences, field locations, weather, and other causes, without limitation. You agree that you are solely responsible for being at the workshop  or project site meeting place at the designated time,  and that you will be prepared to participate. If you arrive late, your project, conference, or workshop participation is subject to delay or cancellation without further notice.
