Experts agree that catchphrases like these are the keys to building a profitable restaurant business or getting elected.
McDonalds certainly knows this, which is why they are currently making fun of people who drink coffee at Starbucks, and why they’ve recently branded themselves as the “unsnobby coffee” folks. It’s also why they bring back those tasty, glued-together-meat-products-slathered-in-sugary-BBQ-sauce, McRib sandwichs every few years, I suspect. Yep, pure innovation.
(You do all get that I’m funnin’ here, right?)
The management here at The Laughing Crow has decided that if we’re going to make a real mark in the world of crow cuisine, we need to innovate too. We believe wholeheartedly in the notion that our customers are our most important assets, and additionally that we owe them nothing less than the freshest, most modern and wholesome foods prepared and served with innovation. So, we have begun today, offering our customers both boxed “Take Out” orders and premium wines by the glass. (The one pictured above is a lovely Pinot Noir).
Yes, you heard us correctly. Boxed take out and premium wines by the glass, beginning today at The Laughing Crow.
We’re taking rat to a whole new level.

Note:
We understand that the public’s appetite for for rat stories and pictures is probably somewhat more limited than the crows’ appetites for the actual rats. Therefore, since we believe we have probably gotten rid of this particular small invasion (we have recently served up a large female, three juveniles and now, today a rather ample male to our appreciative clientele), we intend to get back to the business of gardening and plants. Perhaps you will agree that we have milked these rats for all they are worth.
Hmmmm, milked...? rats....?
A shake?
A soufllé?
A pudding?
Ohhh, never mind.
We would like to keep the door open to reporting from time to time on happenings at The Laughing Crow, (in case something else really interesting happens). But barring that, we will return to writing about and picturing those things that more closely represent (we would like to believe), our essential core competencies.
Please don’t tell the crows though.
They desperately want to believe that it’s all about them.

With each take-out meal, you get green onions and fresh parsley.
So, how innovative is that?
