How do I donate?
Simple. We are open Monday till Saturday, 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-3pm and invite you to drop off your items during these times. We ask that you do not leave donations on our doorstep as they may be stolen and, technically, it could be considered fly-tipping.
What do you/don’t you accept?
If we can sell it at a profit, we want it! Items we are unable to accept are white goods, large items of furniture, televisions, hi-fis, underwear, used cosmetics, computers, food or alcohol. Our favourite items are designer fashion and bric-a-brac.
How about books?
We welcome books in good condition and although we won’t turn them away, we discourage tatty paperbacks due to our limited shelf space. We like books so much we have a room, called The Library, dedicated to them.
Does the quality of the clothes I donate matter?
We have a reputation for selling designer labels and it is these that give us the best return but we welcome all donations. Donations are sorted and anything that we are unable to sell, perhaps because it has missing buttons, a worn collar or a stain, we pass onto an organisation that sends the items to poor communities in Africa.
Do you collect items?
Sadly, no. We are generally unable to offer this service. If you have a high value item, please contact Chris or Paul on 020 7233 8736.
