I photographed the above on Saturday and found it to be a great show, with very professional and friendly people attending.

The main attraction was Channel 4’s “SCARLET FEVER” a pleasure to watch and a great lady.

Have a look at a few of the photographs from the show:

Where customers can meet and network as well as talk with the Archant/Warwickshire Life staff.

About 30 invited guests turned up and an enjoyable time was had by all, the end.

A small selection of images from the day.

All images © Copyright David A.
This was a wedding I thought would not happen, it started off as one of those days when even before you arrive you just know that things will not go right.

The groom was 25 minutes late arriving at the venue which meant that I could not get the photographs of him and the wedding party/guests as agreed.

The limo came the wrong way in to Dunchurch and ended up having to reverse several times in order to get through the gates.

The bride was running late and the registrars were due at 2 other weddings that day, the hotel staff were pacing up and down wanting to get things underway.

I remembering standing at the main entrance with the registrar and the hotel event manager waiting for the bride, the registrar said “I will give her 5 minuets and then we are off as we have to be at another wedding in 40 minuets in Coventry” we looked at each other as she walked back inside.

I walked up to the drive and looked towards the main gates hoping to see the limo, after a short time it arrived just as it had for the groom, it had entered the wrong way again and spent the next few minutes having to reverse back and forth in order to get through the gates.

I ran to the main entrance to inform everyone that the bride was coming down the drive, the limo arrived to be met by the registrar, hotel event manager and myself.

Due to the fact that the limo and the bride were over 25 minutes late I was not able to get the usual shots of the bride and her dad with the wedding car.

The service went well and the couple were married, I had taken the signing of the register shots and went to the rear of the room to await the bride & groom walking down the isle.

As I turned to look at them the registrar passed me making their way out in order to get to her next wedding. The bride & groom were standing being photographed by some of their guests, when a number of the guests from the rear of the room started to get up and leave.

When asked where they were going we received the reply that they all ( 10 - 15 in number) needed to use the toilet.
The bride & groom started to make their way down the isle before the music had started and I just knew this was one of those weddings!

To end on a positive note we managed to pull it all together and got some great images and had a great afternoon with the bride and groom.

Tel: 0121 - 288 - 3685 Mobile; 07853 - 216926
E-mail: info_dhphoto@mac.com

All images © Copyright David A.
