This section of the website introduces you to the Christian contemplative/meditative heritage and the developing tradition of Incarnational Contemplation and Centering Prayer, as taught by David Frenette, contemplative practitioner, spiritual director and student of Fr. Thomas Keating.
You can pursue this introduction further through the resources, links and discussions offered in this section.

The Path of
Centering Prayer
This section of the website outlines to you a complete path to union with Christ, based on Fr. Thomas Keating’s teachings on Centering Prayer. Go to this section if you are already familiar with Centering Prayer and want to enrich your practice.
You can pursue the Path of Centering Prayer through Contemplative Spiritual Direction.

Training in
Incarnational Contemplation
This section of the website offers to you the advanced training in the Incarnational practice of Centering Prayer....specific methods that bring the path to life. Go to this section if you want training in practices that move the Incarnational tradition of Christian contemplation -- and you -- to new levels of assistance.
You can pursue the training in Colorado through the Winter 2008 classes in Denver and Boulder or the ten-day retreat in Snowmass in 2009.
