It’s the witching hour.  The kids are hungry and keep asking, “Dad, what’s for dinner?”  As a stay-at-home-Dad I get this all the time.  The kids have asked me to remember my best recipes.  So I thought I’d share them with you.  May you get some inspiration from these recipes.  Let me know what you think!  Don’t forget to hunt the archive too!
