A crew hike Ol' Rag in the sweltering heat in the summer of 2008. We pushed relatively hard up the rock scramble and then enjoyed sweat soaked PB&J's. Good times.

A group of friends stayed at a cabin in the Fall of 2008 in the NC mountains near Banner Elk. Everyone got to meet my folks and had a great dinner up at Jack-a-lopes. Scott, Adam, Mike, Dix, and I camped out one night outside the cabin down by the pond.

Some members of CrossFit Spotsy and I left Fredericksburg a little after 0600 to head to Ol' Rag. There were over a dozen of us. It was in the 40's and gusting winds up to 40 mph (best estimate), which made for a chilly ascent and sketchy rock crawling at the peak.
