Mild February Morning
We’ve had one or two cold days this year but mostly, we’ve had unnaturally mild (for January) temperatures.
Last night, at 19:00, the thermometer in the car showed an outside air temperature of 11°C.
As I walked into work this morning it was good that my fingers weren’t numb and frozen, as I snapped away with my Sony Ericsson K750i `phone.
The mist still hung around the river Foss and the dazzlingly bright, early morning sun, shafted through it, causing the dew to sparkle.
I would rather have skipped work today but, good Company man that I am, I didn’t.
