Forest Walk

Laura, my daughter, and I drove up to Yearsley Woods, North of York.

It was a lovely sunny day and we went out for a drive.

Once there, we walked along a few of the numerous woodland paths.

There were lots of insects buzzing around and we ate many wild berries. Raspberries, Wild Strawberries and these, Bilberries.

I love Bilberries but they mark you out with deep blue/purple fingers.

Sometimes, the best things in life are free.

Good company, with my lovely daughter and good food provided by Mother Nature!
