I don’t know if you’ve watched a lot of Christian television, but it sure does seem like my life doesn’t exactly match up with the life that they say I will have.     And when I read the Word, especially the stuff that Paul wrote, I don’t necessarily see it matching up either.  There is no mention of a “green prosperity cloth” or a toll free number to call and get your special vial of “miracle spring water”.   Instead what I see is Paul talking about joining in on the sufferings of Christ.  Doesn’t sound like as much fun as getting rich and driving a beamer for Jesus, and yet Paul says he rejoiced in ALL things.  Amazing...
