Jobless, heartbroken, and face down in a bowl of soy sauce, Mary spends her last cent on Motivational Marv’s “Weekend Warrior” camp and takes the challenge.
Synopsis
Heartbroken, jobless, and face down in a bowl of soy sauce, Mary Agostinacchio has finally hit rock bottom. Just when she thinks life can't get any worse, she awakens the next morning from a drunken stupor and realizes she spent her last cent on Motivational Marv's "Weekend Warrior Camp" infomercial.
Unable to get her money back, and with plenty of time on her hands from her recent terminations, Warrior Camp becomes Mary's last hope. With nothing left to lose and no where else to turn, Mary jumps into her red Iroc Camaro, and decides to give her lifelong dreams one last shot.
Sara Risher (former President of Production at New Line Cinema) and Stephanie Austin (Produced Terminator 2, Judgment Day, True Lies) from Chickflicks are currently representing “Dirty Mary”.
The screenplay Dirty Mary is also a finalist in “The Female Eye” screenplay competition in Toronto Canada and was also selected to participate in their “Good to Go” industry program in which they will have a full reading of the script in front of an industry panel.
